Description
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to join our team in a client-facing role that combines technology, strategy, and communication. Key Responsibilities: Frequent international travel to meet with clients and partners Leading product demonstrations (Demos) and presenting technical solutions to clients Managing and supporting Proof of Concept (POC) processes Overseeing system integrations and ensuring seamless implementation Taking full ownership of all technological and presentation aspects in front of the client Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align on strategy and execution Requirements Proven experience in Pre Sales or Tier 3 Support roles Strong technological orientation, preferably with background in cybersecurity or networking (e.g., military tech units such as Unit 8200, or other technical roles) Academic background or hands-on experience in software development Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to craft clear, technical marketing content Fast self-learner with the ability to grasp complex technological or analytical topics independently Willingness to travel frequently abroad — approximately 50% of the role involves international travel Advantages: Experience in Pre-Sales roles Background in training, sales, or customer-facing service roles Intelligence or military tech background (e.g., Unit 8200) Cybersecurity expertise Additional foreign language(s) and/or a second passport Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in real-time Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
