Position Summary: The Pre-Sales Laserfiche Specialist partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Advocacy to support the technical evaluation of Laserfiche solutions. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating product capability, and designing solutions that align business requirements with technical capabilities. This position plays a critical role in moving opportunities through the sales cycle by translating customer requirements into proposed solutions, scope of work and financial commitment. The primary function of this role is to support Sales and Operations by delivering in-depth product demonstrations and developing recommended solutions and service proposals, including related pricing and contract documentation, for both existing and prospective customers. Essential Functions: Partner with Sales to support the sales lifecycle, from discovery through close Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, workflows, and pain points Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution presentations Design and propose SaaS solution architectures that meet customer needs and technical constraints Respond to technical questions, RFPs, RFIs, and security or compliance questionnaires Ensure proper post-sale handoff and knowledge transfer to Operations team Maintain current knowledge of product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies Stay current on Laserfiche pricing and product updates and update proposal templates to reflect changes as appropriate Manage internal pricing database to reflect accurate part numbers and prices Attend onsite/virtual user workshops Oversee a large volume of assigned proposal requests for content management products and services including writing and pricing with input from multiple sources Review, analyze and interpret contract requirements to create a professional end product Proof, edit, format and provide visualizations for proposals Innovate new ways to improve responses for purposes of content and time management Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements Essential Skills and Education/Experience: BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 5 years of enterprise-level sales experience with proven success exceeding quotas, preferably within municipal software, SaaS, or public sector solutions. Strong understanding of complex procurement processes and contract negotiations in the public sector. Experience with Laserfiche, preferred Experience with CRM or similar system, preferred Experience in creating, planning, and coordinating proposal development activities Demonstrated ability to build and execute account-specific sales strategies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, Laserfiche Willingness to travel up to 25%. Personal values that align with ICC’s mission and corporate culture.
