What You’ll Do ✨ Team Leadership & Mentoring: Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of SDRs/BDRs, ensuring they have the skills and motivation to smash their targets. Process Optimization: Build and refine our outbound "playbooks," including cold calling scripts, email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling strategies. Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the top-of-funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of highly qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. Data-Driven Management: Monitor KPIs and dashboards (HubSpot) to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement quick, strategic fixes. Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure lead quality and a seamless hand-off process.
