Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our authentication customers in the region by leveraging your ability to listen to their needs, comprehend their requirements, and contribute to the enhancement of existing offerings within digital services or the identification of new ones.
  • Identify upselling opportunities for authentication services by recommending complementary products or services that increase perceived value for our customers in DACH together with account managers and facilitating cross-selling through internal synergies.
  • Implement and support the dedicated prospecting strategy for these verticals by developing an action plan for each targeted company
  • Assist with bids to ensure local competitiveness and establish feedback mechanisms between the regions and our global products to ensure product market fit. Negotiate and finalize strategic deals on projects valued at several million euros.
  • Actively promote our offerings by engaging in key market development activities, including delivering customer presentations or participating and shaping local events with prospects and customers.
  • Improve our sales distribution channels in the regions for the authentication and selected digital services by shaping local business strategies such as partnerships.
