About This Position We are seeking a proactive Pre-Sales & Marketing Research Intern. Support pre-sales activities, create impactful presentations, and communicate with stakeholders. Responsibilities Collaborate with Design, Strategy & Consulting, and IT teams to create content on eCommerce, Marketing Automation and everything related to digital transformation etc. Plan and publish content on ITC's website, LinkedIn and WeChat Official Account. Conduct outreach to potential leads on LinkedIn and other platforms to generate business opportunities in Australia. Assist in creating sales proposals and presentations for potential clients. Report on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Support the maintenance and updating of the CRM system with accurate and relevant information. Help in organizing and participating in webinars, virtual events, and other online marketing initiatives. Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback on social media channels and other digital platforms. Provide administrative support to the marketing and business development teams as needed. Requirements Current student or recent graduate, able to commit at least 3 days a week for over 4 months. Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (HSK 4 or above) is a strong advantage (English will be the primary working language). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with leads and clients. Proficient in content creation, including writing, editing, and basic design skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems, Click-up). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and adapting to new digital tools and concepts. Previous experience or knowledge of the Chinese market is highly regarded. Familiarity with Martech and other technical solutions, such as Marketing Automation, CDP, sCRM, Clienteling, WeCom, Magento, Drupal, Laravel, WordPress, etc., is a plus.
