Job Responsibilities : Fiuu has been a leading payment gateway and merchant service provider in Southeast Asia since 2005, connecting international brands to consumers across the region. Our full suite of alternative payment methods—including credit card, direct debit, internet banking, e-wallets, buy now pay later (BNPL), cash over the counter, and more—makes payments seamless. With a single API, businesses can access a wide network of consumers across Southeast Asia. -You will support end-to-end event planning and execution - from conceptualization to on-site coordination with Partners and Merchants. -You will support with onboarding role, assist partners, merchants and vendors on their onboarding accounts. Client Communication & Relationship Management - Develop and sustain strong relationships with merchants, clients, and partners. - Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring client needs and expectations are consistently met. - Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the entire event lifecycle. Pre-Sales & Solution Support - Participate in pre-sales activities by understanding partner and merchant requirements to develop tailored payment software solutions. - Collaborate with sales, product development, and technical teams to create engaging presentations and product demonstrations for partners and merchants. - Support the preparation of technical proposals and documentation for prospective merchant referral partners and clients. Market Research & Product Collaboration - Work with the product development team to conduct discussions and research, identifying industry trends and opportunities within the payment software sector. - Contribute to payment solution design meetings and presentations, offering technical insights and addressing queries. - Assist in developing and maintaining pre-sales materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and product brochures. Business Development & Feedback - Support the business development team in creating payment solutions for proof-of-concept (POC) projects to demonstrate product capabilities to partners. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on partner interactions and market research insights. Project Participation - Take part in end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) projects from multinational companies. Vendor & Partner Coordination - Serve as the primary liaison for event vendors and partners. - Coordinate vendor requirements and ensure deliverables are met on time. - Address inquiries or issues promptly and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Merchant Onboarding & Operations - Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle, including document collection, verification, and processing. - Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Coordinate onboarding requirements with partners and vendors where applicable. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchant documentation, agreements, and submissions. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Additional Job Description - Support operational requests, including MRP, PF, and merchant-related activities. - Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience. Candidate Requirements - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Fintech related field. - Basic knowledge of system design, process flow drawings, programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus. - Good understanding of payment systems and Financial technologies. - Strong interest in software application product design and architecture. - Strong problem-solving, communication and presentation skills. - Team player, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Able to commit to 6 months, full-time internship. - Adaptability in using AI tools and digital platforms.
