JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and solutions-driven Presales Representative to support our sales team in identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities. You will work directly with clients and prospects to understand their technical requirements, design appropriate solutions, and deliver impactful presentations and product demos.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have a proven experience of 1-2 years in pre-sales.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain the client with all the technical details.
• You possess strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.

• Partner with Sales to identify customer needs and tailor technical solutions and demonstrations.
• Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with customer infrastructure
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
• Strong understandings of the client requirements is necessary.
• Build strong, lasting relationship with the clients , acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
