As part of Donesafe's innovative SAAS platform team, you will collaborate with the sales organisation to help our enterprise customers maximize the benefits of our product suite. Key responsibilities • Support the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business justification in a presales capacity. • Lead the adoption and optimization of internal sales tools business infrastructure • Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to Donesafe product management and engineering groups • Work with our implementation and referral partners to promote and onsell Donesafe via presales engagements and partner enablement Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment • Product and Subject Matter Leadership for HSI business areas and industry segments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this customer-facing position. Competencies / Essential skills 1. Good listener & communicator o Requirement gathering is a key part of the role so the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received is essential 2. Critical thinking o The ability to understand and analyze problems and identify solutions 3. Problem solving o The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges 4. Effective stakeholder engagement o Business analysts work with a wide range of different stakeholders 5. Decision making o The ability to make decisions around things such as requirement prioritisation, scope, assessing viability of solutions etc 6. Documentation and writing skills o Excellent documentation and writing skills and the ability to translate the business need / request into technical requirements. 7. Effective presenter o The ability to present findings and recommendations and manage stakeholder meetings Qualifications and Experience Must-have: • Hands on experience working with at least one analytics-based system, CRM, or comparable enterprise SaaS platform supporting business process automation, reporting, and data management • Strong presentation & negotiation skills • Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills Nice-to-have: • Technical background with a sales/customer orientation (1+ years) • Experience selling and working with pure SaaS solutions in multi-tenant architectures is preferred • Cloud platform experience, such as AWS or Azure • Specific experience in Safety Management (WHS) platforms. • Tertiary qualification favored What’s in it for you?
