Description
Partner with Technology Sales Consultants and BID teams to deliver high-level technical solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales process with expert guidance and clear technical documentation. Collaborate with the Technology sales Consultant, Sales & BID teams to understand customer needs and deliver HLD (High Level Design) tailored technical solutions that meet those needs. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concept (PoC) for prospective customers. Assist in drafting proposals and presentations that clearly explain the technical aspects of our products or services. Engage with Technology sales Consultant & customers to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and recommend solutions. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales lifecycle, including pre-sales meetings, technical workshops, and closing discussions. Work with product management and engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of the product features and functionalities. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical queries from customers. Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, solution diagrams, and reports. Support the Technology sales Consultant & sales team in overcoming technical objections and identifying customer needs. Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements and continuously improve product knowledge. Deliver technical training to internal/external teams or customers as needed. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience 3+ years in a presales engineering, technical sales, support engineer or solution architect role. Strong technical background with expertise in cloud computing, enterprise software, networking, cybersecurity, Mobile, Microsoft Azure, AWS , Google technologies]. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with customer-facing interactions and building relationships with key decision-makers. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple projects and tough deadlines. Experience in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and proofs of concept. Solid understanding of the sales process and how to align technical solutions with customer business goals. Ability to understand and resolve customer objections and challenges. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS Certified, Microsoft Certified, Google Certified Solutions Architect), SaaS is a plus.
