We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead pre-sales efforts with Pulsora’s global strategic partners. You will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth globally, by working closely with our current and future partners in the consulting, software, and service provider space to deliver product demonstrations, lead implementations, and manage ongoing relationships through customer success. You will be the technical face to our customers, collaborating with end-users to help turn questions into answers and insights! Your contribution will give valuable design insights that contribute to the direction and roadmap of the product line, working closely with our world-class engineering team (with leadership experience from Nielsen, Oracle, TIBCO). Plus, you will gain exposure through a variety of customer engagements in different industries, departments, and geographies.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Support global partnerships at Pulsora with consulting firms, software providers, and service providers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each of our partners and our unique partner product and service offerings. Learn how each partner complements our own solution and services
  • Develop expertise of the Pulsora product to credibly answer business questions for our prospects and customers; demonstrate how to get the most from our product
  • Collaborate with partner leads and with AEs on all deals sourced by our partners
  • Lead product demonstrations to prospects, tailoring each demo specifically to the customer needs. Learn all asset classes within Pulsora to pitch the product through many different industry lenses and to different personas
  • Hands-on creation and delivery of configured demos, POC’s and pilots, in conjunction with the Engineering team, including understanding business requirements, data modeling, validations, integrations, ETL, analytics and workflow
  • Completion of RFPs and RFIs for prospects with an extreme attention to detail, tailoring each response specifically to the prospects use case
  • Learn to lead complicated enterprise implementations and enable our partners to lead these implementations on their own by hosting in person and virtual enablement sessions
  • Represent Pulsora at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand and foster new alliance opportunities
  • Stay informed about the regulatory landscape and industry best practices related to ESG, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations
  • Identify and expand partner-product feedback loops to streamline information gathering and sharing
