Description
Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Support Executive to support new business development through lead generation, client coordination, quotation sourcing, documentation, and sales support activities. The role requires strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and daily interaction with clients and insurers. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients (minimum 150 calls per day) Schedule and confirm client meeting appointments (minimum 3 meetings per day) Pre-Sales Support Follow up with client offices to obtain bidding and tender documents Review and assess completeness of documents received Coordinate with insurance company offices to source quotations Quotation Preparation & Follow-Up Prepare and maintain comparison sheets based on quotations received Collate and organize all relevant documents for submission to client offices Follow up with clients via phone calls and emails on submitted quotations Sales Support Coordinate with insurer offices based on client feedback Liaise with client offices after receiving negotiated pricing from insurers Documentation & Administrative Support Handle all clerical tasks related to complete and accurate documentation Support senior colleagues with all pre-sales and administrative tasks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Minimum 150 outbound calls per day Minimum 3 client meetings scheduled per day Timely submission of complete quotations and documentation Effective follow-up and coordination with clients and insurers Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and follow-up skills (phone & email) Ability to manage high-volume calling and multitasking Attention to detail in documentation and data handling Basic knowledge of pre-sales, insurance, or B2B sales processes (preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools Experience & Qualification Experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Sales Support preferred Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered Salary range: 3000 to 4000 AED Includes Visa and Medical benefits Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM Days off: Saturday and Sunday Office location: Adjacent to Dubai Metro Station
