Part-time Preschool Assistant
Allen-Detweiler Nursery School (ADNS) is a non-profit, play-based co-operative that has been in operation in Kingston for over 50 years. The school offers both Toddler and Preschool programs and is located in Rideaucrest Home at 175 Rideau Street, Kingston, ON.
ADNS currently has an opening for a part-time Preschool Assistant beginning September 2025. Although advantageous, an ECE diploma is NOT required for this position. Candidates must have a clear CPIC/Vulnerable Sector Check and current First Aid and CPR (Level C). Experience with young children is also a requirement.
The Preschool Assistant provides support to the Preschool Teachers through: supervision of children, setting up of learning spaces, cleaning, tidying, moving equipment and helping with the daily routine at the school.

Pay: $19.50 per hour
