Deputy manager position for a small term time only pre-school, based in the 2 year old room.
Full Time Position (term time only)
You must have a Level 3 in childcare or above
This post requires you to have experience in a similar environment, working as an existing Room coordinator who wants a more varied position, where you can really influence the running of the room and deputise within the setting.
Have the confidence to support with training and delegate tasks.
Have excellent EYFS knowledge.
Have experience with children under 5.
The ability to provide learning experiences and routines which meet the requirements as detailed in the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
To fully understand British Values.
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and the importance of it.
Demonstrate a high level of written and spoken English.
Finally, you must be prepared to feel part of a hardworking and loving team!
