We’re looking for an experienced and confident Pre-School Room Leader to join our team at Ashbourne Day Nurseries. This is a full-time role where you’ll lead your room day-to-day, support your team, and help create a warm, engaging environment for the children in your care.
You’ll already be working in early years, with strong knowledge of the EYFS, and you’ll be passionate about giving every child the best start. This role would suit someone who enjoys leading by example and wants to take the next step in their childcare career.

• Leading your room team and working closely with management
• Making sure the EYFS and safeguarding requirements are fully met
• Supporting and developing your team through regular one-to-ones and observations
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers
• Supporting occupancy and the nursery’s reputation through high-quality practice
• Taking pride in maintaining a clean, safe, well-equipped room
