JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a warm and nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role involves planning engaging activities, providing individualized attention, and collaborating with families to support each child’s growth.

SKILLS

• Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices.
• Experience working with children in a teaching or tutoring capacity is highly desirable.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regularly.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and inclusivity.
• Engage in daily activities with children, including playtime, storytelling, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of each child’s development and behavior.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
