The Secret Garden Day Nursery in Westbridgford is a looking for a Senior Childcare Practitioner/Room leader to join our Pre-school team.
As a room leader, you will lead a small team in providing exceptional care for children aged 3 & 4 Years. You will work closely with another member of staff caring for 11 children a day.

The ideal candidate must:

• Be qualified to level 3 or above in childcare
• Be able to lead a team
• Have a good understanding of the EYFS
• Have enthusiasm for the role
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Be approachable
• Be able to work shifts between 8am and 6pm
