Qualifications & Qualities (Passionate and love to have fun with kids) · For Toddler teacher applicants Infant/ Toddler units required · Preferred 2-3 year experience in early childcare teaching young children · Excellent communication and written skills · Team player, positive role model, strong work ethic and take-charge attitude · Strong customer service skills with an ability to build strong relationships with parents & co-workers · Self-motivated, responsible, driven and works well with minimal supervision · Organized good time management skills, Independent, creative, fun-loving and kind General Responsibilities: · Follow and implement pre- developed lessons plans · Maintaining appropriate records · Maintaining a clean, healthy, stimulating environment for the children to learn in. · Providing proper supervision at all times · Maintaining appropriate records · Teaching and guiding the children in their classroom · Work independently and with other teachers · Update parents about their child’s progress · Communicating necessary information to the child, other teachers, parents, the Director or authorities.
