Job Description Planning and implementation of the logistics concept and supply chain from supplier to customer Analysing customer requirements and implementing them on site in the warehouse/logistics area Entry of new suppliers and customers into internal systems Processing of initial one-off purchase orders from the customer and implementation of long-term sales contracts from customers in SAP Initiation of one-off purchase orders to suppliers and maintenance of long-term delivery schedules to suppliers Managing the shipment of parts from supplier to plant to ensure timely delivery of all parts and providing updates to the project team as required Designing new packaging for end products and coordinating the development of packaging for components by suppliers Preparing production plans for samples and line trials, controlling plan execution from production/engineering Tracking and controlling the timely delivery of samples, pre-series goods to the customer Coordinating the implementation of product specification changes for components/finished products on the production floor Responsibility for stock levels of components in the warehouse for sample creation and production line testing Prepare packaging and transportation cost calculations for new products Be part of the project pre-series team as responsible for all logistics activities within the project Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics area (procurement, sales dispatching, production planning, start-up management) Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level Knowledge of supply chain management processes and principles Ability to analyse information to identify a specific problem, the cause and propose a solution Problem-solving skills Ability to work as part of a team Experience in negotiations and contact with suppliers Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel Nice to have: Education with a logistics-related profile Knowledge of SAP Additional Information Work in an international environment in a manufacturing company that is a leader in the automotive industry Full-time employment contract Single shift work with the possibility of a flexible start Non-wage benefits system: Luxmed, Cafeteria, Multisport cards Life insurance We offer only long-term cooperation with the possibility of professional development Career level: Young Professionals / Professionals Type of Employment: Fixed term
