Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Pre-Site Construction Administrator to support our Sherridone Homes administration team and help ensure seamless project delivery at our Bendigo office. As a Pre-Site Construction Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating documentation, supporting administration teams, and ensuring clients receive clear, timely communication throughout their build journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is the ultimate multi-tasker's dream job, because it requires you to tackle different tasks and challenges on the go. It requires people who can think on their feet, navigate through problems, follow up with stakeholders and get things done. This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Role Administration support to the pre-site construction administration team General administration duties, including documentation, assessment and file organisation. Service inbound client enquiries and conduct introduction calls with clients. Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders. Assisting our customer experience coordinators when required. About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Customer-focused with a friendly and professional phone manner. Proficient with general office software and willing to learn industry-specific systems. Experience in pre-site construction administration or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
