What you will do: The Pre-validation Engineering Change Controller plays a key role in the engineering change process and acts as a bridge between Engineering and Operations. They serve as Chair of the Manufacturing Change Board, coordinate engineering change execution within operations and communicate changes once approved. Chair the Manufacturing Change Board Understand the impact each engineering changes may have on various groups within Operations with whom the change must be communicated and coordinated Engage with Manufacturing Operations, Global Supply Chain, and assembly sites to gather commitments for engineering change execution Create and present monthly reports to leadership, including the status of engineering changes Manage standard work / policies / procedures / KPIs Ensure policies, procedures and standard work are followed Collaborate across functional areas to manage change and implement new processes Qualifications you must have: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience in Operations or Supply Chain; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications we prefer: Understanding of supply chain and MRP processes Knowledge and familiarity with SAP System transactions Understanding of bills of material and configuration management Experience reading technical drawings / blueprints Knowledge and familiarity with TeamCenter Proficient knowledge of product change incorporation processes APICS / ASCM certification Raytheon Six Sigma, ACE, or CORE advanced certification Experience with MS SharePoint site administration What is my role type? This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
