As a Precast Concrete Crew Member (Evening/Night Shift), you’ll work in our manufacturing facility in Blackfalds on the pouring and finishing crews, helping produce high-quality precast concrete products. This hands-on, physically demanding night shift role requires strength, stamina, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently as part of a high-performing team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist with the production of various precast projects
  • Perform cleaning, pouring, finishing, and other tasks related to precast production
  • Be prepared to work hands-on and receive on-the-job training
  • Follow directions and work independently or with a crew
  • Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Troubleshoot issues and report to the foreman or supervisor
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants successful in the interview process will be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment as part of the final hiring process
  • Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
  • Available to work Evening/Night Shift Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed
  • Physically fit to perform demanding work for extended periods
  • Able to lift at least 50lbs
  • Comfortable working at heights with proper safety restraints
  • Able to work independently or with a crew
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta
