Menfor Group are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client to recruit a Precast Installer Foreman based in the East Midlands. The candidate will have experience in a technical role in manufacturing or construction, preferably in the precast or concrete industry. On-the-job training is offered for those who meet the requirements
The client offers an extensive range of quality precast concrete solutions that include drainage and water management, tunnels and shafts, rail, power and infrastructure, walling, fencing, agricultural, flooring, filter bed systems, bespoke precast, tanks and chambers, dock leveller pit systems, box culverts, building products and architectural & structural products.

• Preparing precast for installation by drilling, dry-packing and grouting
• Resolve design conflicts
• Manage and motivate a team of precast installers
• Supervising opervatives and installers
• Setting Moulds
• Casting Concrete
