REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, including kneeling and standing for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

They are responsible for collecting materials, pulling strand, setting up forms under supervision, and basic concrete placing. They participate in housekeeping and various other tasks throughout the plant. A high level of safety practices must be used at all times.
