QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Precast or concrete manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
