Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Precious Metals Advisor to join our team in Blackpool. If you thrive on challenges, excel at multitasking, and have a knack for building relationships, this role could be perfect for you. As a Precious Metals Advisor, you’ll be responsible for driving consultative sales—focusing on understanding and meeting customer needs rather than hard selling. This role requires excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
There may also be an option to be based at our Hatton Garden, London location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Drive sales through a consultative approach, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored investment advice on precious metals.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads and follow-ups are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in person and over the phone, offering exceptional service that fosters long-term relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and tax implications to offer accurate advice and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Consultative Sales: Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and Customer Care team to convert enquiries into sales while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, and the first Saturday of the month.
