ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking full-time Precious Metals Analyst to join our growing team in Toronto. This is an in-person role where you’ll interact with customers buying or selling gold and other precious metals. We provide full in-store customer service training to set you up for success.
Please note: occasional support at our Hamilton and Mississauga locations may be required, so reliable transportation is necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Accurately assess customers’ precious metals using the tools and processes provided
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned
