Responsibilities Position Purpose: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Bullion Operations team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to bullion trading, settlement, logistics, and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Primary duties will include: Manage end-to-end bullion operations including trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting. Coordinate with dealers, vaulting partners, logistics providers, and banks to ensure timely movement and settlement of bullion. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and holdings across trading and custody platforms. Support daily reconciliation between trading systems, custodians, and accounting records. Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, trade reporting, etc.). Assist in developing and improving operational workflows, controls, and documentation. Support product and technology teams in automating manual processes and enhancing system efficiency. Prepare periodic reports on operational metrics, inventory, and performance. Respond promptly to internal and external stakeholder inquiries. Qualifications To land this role you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in operations within financial services, commodities, bullion trading, or fintech. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management and settlement processes. Experience with bullion or commodity logistics and custodial operations is highly desirable. Familiarity with compliance processes (KYC/AML) and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP or trading platforms. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
