JOB SUMMARY

Seeking a skilled mechanical technician with experience in measurement, assembly, and testing of complex guidance subsystems. This position requires a strong understanding of precision gear mechanical systems and some familiarity with assembly and connection of brushless DC actuator motors.

• Clean up an debur machined components in preparation for final assembly .
• Conduct detailed precision measurements of critical component dimensions using Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) and various micrometer measuring tools.
• Assemble and test gear train subsystems in accordance with design specifications.
• Record and maintain a database of critical component measurements and gear train performance test results for each gear train subsystem assembly.
