JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail oriented Preconstruction Analyst toensure accuracy on takeoffs and bids generated by Preconstruction Department. Perform verification of quantities, pricing and formulas. Work with Preconstruction estimators to keep cost down on proposals. And analyze bid documents and product pricing to be able to recommend potential savings on bid proposals.
