Description The Preconstruction Scheduling Analyst will assist and support the preconstruction scheduling team in various phases of commercial construction projects. Under direct supervision, the scheduling analyst will gain hands-on experience in project scheduling and forecasting. This role provides hands-on exposure to mechanical systems, construction scheduling, and the collaborative process required to bring complex projects from design to reality. Requirements Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive) Key Responsibilities Assist with project scheduling updates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems Review and interpret General Contractor project schedules. Help project and understand long term manpower Support development of long-term manpower projections and staffing plans Participate in pre-production and manpower forecasting meetings Identify schedule slippage, delays, and sequencing conflicts Maintain organized project files and documentation Prepare reporting for key stakeholders Develop clear documentation, workflows, and supporting materials as needed Utilize project management software to maintain schedules, task lists, and progress tracking. Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred Strong interest in mechanical construction and building systems Basic understanding of construction documents (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to complete Form I-9 upon hire. Employment subject to E-Verify confirmation. Must be able to travel to multiple construction sites within the U.S. and present acceptable identification for security or travel purposes. Reliable transportation and ability to meet job-site access requirements.
