As a member of the preconstruction team, this position is responsible for the management of the collaborative preconstruction process. This role is responsible for coordination between designers and owner as well as oversight of trade partner solicitation process. In addition to managing client relationships throughout the preconstruction phase, this role coordinates with the project executive and field leadership to ensure execution and completion of the preconstruction process. This position is responsible for a variety of estimating functions including accurate quantity surveys, analyzing proposals and requirements and preparing cost estimates for major construction projects. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, follow-up and organization skills; a commitment to process and procedure; and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, while balancing and managing multiple deadlines.
