PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Lochwood-Lozier Custom Homes is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead all projects in the Design and Preconstruction Phase. This role calls for a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in high-end custom homes and remodel projects—someone who understands the process from the earliest concept through construction.
The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience building custom homes, giving them the authority and credibility to speak knowledgeably with clients about all types of projects and builds. They will also need to bring extensive estimating expertise and a strong understanding of current custom home pricing in our local market.
In this role, you will oversee multiple projects at varying stages of preconstruction, guiding clients from initial interest through signed preconstruction agreement and construction agreement. You’ll lead each project with the support of our dedicated team, managing the process from design coordination and estimating client presentations and contract execution.
This position also requires versatility—at times, you may step into the role of a Field Project Manager and run build jobs when needed. As with any small business, success here depends on agility, adaptability, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to support the team and our clients.
