We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inspector to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of precision and quality. Job Summary: The Inspector is responsible for performing detailed inspections of parts, maintaining equipment, and supporting production and shipping as needed. This role requires a strong attention to detail, proficiency with measuring tools, and the ability to document and communicate inspection results accurately. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Conduct complete and detailed inspections of parts within predetermined tolerances using measuring instruments. Perform routine inspections and calibrations on equipment according to procedures. Accurately enter inspection data into the ERP system. Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment is in proper working condition. Support the shipping department and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain a strong safety record and safely lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proficient with measuring tools including comparators, micrometers, calipers, indicators, bore gauges, height gauges, and pin gauges. Computer proficiency required; Zeiss or CMM experience preferred/ Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Excellent communication and documentation skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to learn new equipment and technology quickly. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle situations with limited standardization. Ability to interpret instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Responsibilities
