Description Position Overview: Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School is accepting applications for a PreK 1 Preschool Teacher for the 2026 to 2027 school year. We are seeking a nurturing, enthusiastic educator with a strong understanding of early childhood development and a passion for fostering young learners. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities • Establish a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom environment • Support students’ social, emotional, and cognitive growth • Manage classroom routines including centers, rest, snack, and transitions • Observe and monitor student progress and behavior • Differentiate instruction based on student needs • Maintain classroom organization and materials • Communicate regularly with parents and administration • Collaborate with assistants and staff • Uphold safety and supervision standards Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: • Experience in early childhood or preschool education preferred • Strong classroom management and communication skills • Warmth, consistency, and professionalism • Must pass a background check • Must complete Virtus Training
