Responsibilities

The Assistant Teacher will help create a fun, safe environment for children aged 4-5 years, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development through purposeful play. Responsibilities include building genuine relationships with children, helping them explore the world, improving motor skills, growing vocabulary, and implementing lesson plans from the Balanced Learning® curriculum with a co-teacher.
