Your work will provide significant value to our global engineering quality organization. As a PreMaster in our Vehicle Motion business unit, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge Quality Agents. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Workflow and Agentic solutions (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, n8n, Power Automate). The resulting intelligent agentic landscape will support all our product development projects for steering and braking systems. Your responsibilities will include the end-to-end development of the Quality Agents, from conceptualization and design to implementation and continuous improvement in close collaboration with our user. You will develop an environment where the agents can be managed efficiently with increasing autonomy. Beyond your core development tasks, you will have the opportunity to take on special responsibilities such as moderating workshops, training partner departments, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful adoption. Qualifications Education: You possess a university degree (Bachelor) in computer science, engineering, or a related field and are committed to pursuing a Master's degree. Experience and Knowledge: You have a strong interest and experiences with Artificial Intelligence and low-code/no-code platforms. A strong command of Microsoft tools, particularly the Power Platform and Copilot Studio, is very appreciated. Programming skills are desirable. Personality and Working Practice: You are open-minded, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn. You are characterized by your analytical approach and critical thinking abilities. Work Routine: You are structured, self-directed, and results oriented. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in international context. Languages: You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German. Additional Information The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
