QUALIFICATIONS:

• Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’entreposage et du contrôle des stocks.
• Baccalauréat ou diplôme/certificat en affaires, en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, en opérations ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel.
• Connaissance des systèmes SAP.
• Expérience préalable des tableaux de bord.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory control.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma/certificate in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Previous experience with dashboards.
• Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).

• Build strong relationships with our 3PL partners.
• Identify areas requiring improvement and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure customer requirements and compliance at every stage of the order fulfillment process and resolve any issues related to orders, value-added services (VAS), and quality.
• Analyze issues related to orders, outgoing advance shipping notices, and IDOCs.
• Collaborate with other key departments to facilitate transitions and operations.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and work to improve them.
• Ensure that all shipping and order deadlines are met and support the end of the period.
• Compile and present verbal and written updates to the manager and leadership.
• Hold daily operational meetings with warehouses as well as monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Provide transactional support in SAP for various stock movements.
• Ensure that 3PL partners operate in accordance with quality and food safety standards in line with KDP standards.
