About The Role We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated administrative coordinator or assistant to join our Premises & Procurement team in Sydney on a part-time, 3 day per week basis. This role will support the national Premises & Procurement team with the coordination of premises activities and projects, procurement processes, travel booking coordination and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist the premises and facilities team with project management of fit-outs, building related facilities issues and contractor management Assist the Senior Procurement Adviser with our procurement system workflow and user on-boarding process, user enquiries and administration Processing client and contractor invoices and expenses Diary management and coordinating travel bookings and arrangements General administrative tasks including filing, reporting and data entry. Position Requirements Successful candidates will have: Initiative and proactivity Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) as well as Adobe Acrobat Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and organisational skills Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Prior experience in a corporate office environment would be preferred, but is not essential.
