As a Premium Airfreight Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our world class logistics team in Frankfurt ensuring time-critical and high-value shipments reach their destinations safely and efficiently. Job Description Assisting with the global expansion of the Time-Critical Airfreight department Coordinate and manage premium airfreight shipments from origin to destination, including same-day and next flight-out services Booking and execution of daily Premium Airfreight shipments (NFO) from initial enquiry through to completion Contact person for customers and business development Day-to-day operations in Time-Critical Airfreight Representation of the company externally, including at trade fairs and events Definition and optimization of existing processes Reporting to your Airfreight Team Leader Qualifications Self-motivation and a daily drive to achieve the best Completed freight forwarding training, preferably with further qualifications Professional experience in the air freight sector, including market and industry knowledge of NFO’s Fluent written and spoken English skills Willingness to work shifts required Good user skills in MS Office and common freight forwarding software Willingness to travel Additional Information 28 days of vacation, increasing with length of service Attractive salary package plus commission Career development opportunities Annual Summer and Christmas parties A friendly, fun, and exciting environment Working for a global player and leading air charter provider Check us out on social media!
