Today we are looking for Premium Automotive Sales Specialist – Luxury Motors Dealership in Tallinn. Main responsibilities: Active sales of luxury vehicles (Maserati and XPENG) – identifying and engaging potential clients Proactively attracting clients through various sales channels and networking Participating in car showcases, partner events, and customer experiences Collaborating with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies Consulting and assisting customers in selecting and customizing vehicles Engaging in official manufacturer training programs and factory visits with clients Cooperating with other Baltic region offices and the main headquarters in Vilnius Working in a newly designed, high-end showroom with full-service facilities for clients To be our perfect fit we expect you to have: Experience in sales or the luxury goods sector (automotive sales experience is a plus) Strong ability to independently seek out and develop sales opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Interest in the automotive market and luxury lifestyle trends Results-driven with a focus on building long-term client relationships Proficiency in English and Estonian (Russian language is a plus) Valid driver’s license is a must Here is what to expect from the day you join our team onwards: Official manufacturer training (online and factory visits) Unique experience accompanying clients to factories for vehicle selection A modern, luxury showroom in a prime location in Tallinn Opportunity to represent the world's most prestigious automotive brands A professional team and close collaboration with other Baltic offices Competitive, performance-based compensation If you are motivated by active sales, enjoy working with high-end clientele, and want to be part of an exciting luxury automotive environment, join our team There is always an opportunity to increase your performance bonus through higher sales Monthly salary: From 1500 EUR gross basic salary + bonus depends on personal results. 3000 Eur gross performance bonus (or more), depending on sales and client outreach.
