The overall purpose of the Premium Bars Manager is to ensure the seamless execution of exceptional guest experiences during events and functions hosted at the venue. Responsible for overseeing the various bars across the stadium this role is pivotal in coordinating and optimising the beverage operation to meet and exceed guest expectations. This includes managing the front of house bars, ensuring the bars are visually appealing, well stocked and maintain the overall ambiance of premium areas.
The manager collaborates with multiple stake holders including the premium management teams, departmental leads, logistics as well as our THFC stakeholders.
The venue has an exciting calendar of not only football but third party events, including Rugby, Concerts and of course NFL – so the beverage offer needs to be tailored for each of our guest profiles across these events.
