THE OPPORTUNITY

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Premium Club Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Premium Club Manager, you will oversee the operations of the premium club on event days, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop food and beverage team members in the premium club
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise club food and beverage operations on event days
  • Collaborate with front and back-of-house management to ensure smooth and successful event execution
  • Manage guest relations and uphold quality assurance standards
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations (alcohol service, OSHA, payroll, employment laws)
  • Prepare monthly projections and maintain effective systems for cash handling, inventory, and payroll
  • Additional duties may be assigned by management
