This part time event-based position will accept applications until 10/24/25 or until filled. $27hr The Premium Club Supervisor position is responsible for supporting Lexus Club, Points Bet and In-Seat operations for the Legends Premium Service department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Inputting daily event sheets and daily reports Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff Work closely with the customer service department to improve customer service in all assigned areas Complete inventory at assigned locations and input in Yellow Dog inventory program Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times Ability to interact with guests and staff in order to ensure guest satisfaction Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered Know the layout of the bars, suites, in-seat and restaurant area where you are working Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations Ability to assure compliance with company service standards, company inventory and cash control procedures Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within arena Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age Must have 2 years experience and basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays with open availability for all events scheduled. Kown Mandatory events this year are opening days, Christmas, New Years, MLK weekend, St Patrick's, and possible events like NCAA or playoffs. Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time Must have two (2) to three (3) years’ supervisory experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant High school diploma or equivalent Some college preferred Legends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
