Responsibilities

As a vital member of Formula E’s Premium Experience Team, part of the wider Commercial Function, the Premium Experience Coordinator (trackside) plays a crucial role in helping to plan and deliver best in class guest hospitality experiences at select race events each season. This position supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of hospitality activations, combining operational precision with creative flair and a customer first mindset.

  • Premium operations support: Support the Premium Experience Manager in the planning and execution of premium experiences and event operations in select race markets
  • Brand & design visionary: Assist in the visual conception and development of hospitality spaces for select races, ensuring each environment delivers an elevated, immersive guest experience that aligns with Formula E’s brand and the local culture.
  • Brand & deliverables champion: Take ownership of event hospitality branding requirements, working alongside internal teams to ensure all assets are accurately briefed, approved and produced in line with project timelines.
  • On-site event coordination: Coordinate on site logistics, including guest arrival processes, accreditation, hospitality access, and premium guest flow to ensure a seamless event day.
  • Build strong partner relationships: Act as a key point of contact for partners and sponsors during race weekends, ensuring their hospitality deliverables are met and expectations exceeded.
