Available Positions

1. F&B Servers

• Proven experience in 5-star hotels.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent guest-handling and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a passion for hospitality.

2. Restaurant Servers

• Experience in top-tier restaurants or fine-dining establishments.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

3. Chef de Partie (CPD)

Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following specialty cuisines:

• Greek
• Japanese
• Pan Asian
• Chinese
• Spanish
• Italian
• Korean
• French
• Lebanese

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the relevant specialty cuisine.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and experience in premium restaurants or hotels preferred.
