As a Premium Guest Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the continual growth of visitation to our property by leveraging meaningful customer relationships, through exclusive promotions, bespoke events, and personalised one-on-one relationship marketing initiatives. Your dedication to providing exceptional service and crafting memorable experiences will be key to ensuring our guests feel valued and appreciated, ultimately driving loyalty and repeat visits.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide dedicated support to a portfolio of local Platinum and Diamond members
  • Represent The Star at hosted events and promotions both on and off site
  • Assist with the execution of strategies to increase hosted player visits, identify new premium guests as well as retaining and growing market share
  • Obtain Source of Wealth information for members when necessary
  • Manage and plan business-related sales and marketing expenditures in line with the approved budget
