EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC & COMMERCIAL CLEANER – VIA CONTRACTORS (LONDON)

VIA Contractors are looking for highly experienced cleaners to join our professional team in London and surrounding areas. This role is not entry-level – candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in both domestic and commercial cleaning.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)

• Minimum of 4 years professional cleaning experience (applications with less will not be considered).
• Proven track record in domestic household cleaning, including:
• Oven deep cleaning
• Fridge/freezer deep cleaning
• Washing machine cleaning
• Dishwasher cleaning
• Experience in office cleaning and maintaining professional workplace standards.
• Strong background in specialist cleans, including:
• End of tenancy cleaning
• After builders cleaning (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations (COSHH knowledge required).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be physically fit, reliable, and capable of handling demanding cleaning schedules.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle highly desirable.

• Perform professional domestic and commercial cleans to company standards.
• Use correct cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Carry out deep cleans of appliances and high-use areas.
• Maintain high standards across office spaces, restrooms, and communal areas.
• Complete end-of-tenancy and (where applicable) after builders cleans with precision.
• Ensure all equipment is checked, used, and stored correctly after each job.
• Follow job schedules and timeframes efficiently.
