Core to this role is the ability to grow and manage large numbers of accounts, build relationships over multiple year contracts and close business while maintaining an aggressive sales approach, all in coordination with the process and focus of the entire Bucks sales and service team. This role will be compensated for renewal, new plan, group and suite/loft sales.   Responsibilities * Maintain full menu working knowledge of all premium products, season ticket plans (renewal and new), group and suite products to sell when applicable for Bucks, Concerts/Shows, and Marquette Basketball. * Manage renewal/sales process from start to finish – assess and qualify potential clients, create proposals, present solutions, close sales and fulfill all terms of sale. * Maintain and grow relationships with our Premium Members. * Work closely with the Premium sales team to drive business and renew leased premium business. * Work flexible hours based on changing priorities that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.   Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree required. * Minimum 3 years of sales/service experience or related field and retaining business clients. * Bilingual is a plus! * High Proficiency in both written and verbal communications (public speaking and presentation). * Excellent relationship building, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. * Have an assertive, persistent, and results-oriented approach. * Strong time-management, organization, and analytical skills. * Strong work ethic with high personal accountability, business ethics, and morals. * Ability to be flexible, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks/projects. * Ability to coordinate multiple events and exceed customers’ expectations. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (including Microsoft Teams). * Knowledge of Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft-based CRM platforms is a plus!   All offers for employment with the Milwaukee Bucks are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
