Take charge of production, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and top-quality output. You'll lead and train a motivated team, coordinate with key departments, and keep everything running efficiently to meet production goals. Your key responsibilities Contribute to the improvement of the overall performance of the plant by participating in the Production Management Team Coordinate activities between shifts to make smooth and productive transitions among the different production operators.
