Supporting pre-owned vehicle retail operations in training, coaching, developing, and retaining the very best pre-owned operations teams Creating opportunities that foster a high-level of sales team performance. increasing the quality and quantity of trade appraisals and vehicle acquisitions in a timely manner that best supports the variable operations team at #1 Cochran. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma plus an associate or bachelor’s degree minimum of five years of automotive retail experience with used cars Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products a plus (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS) Experience with vAuto and data analytics a plus (but not required) Qualified candidates please forward a resume or work history to our attention.
